Great people, great experience I have now purchased 5 vehicles from Dave Gill Chevrolet. Each time they have been very upfront with the variety of options they could do for me. In the most recent experience, my wife and I were simply "interested" in getting a Traverse, and were curious if we would even like the vehicle. While walking around the lot Craig Delmatto say us and inquired if he could help us with anything. After a brief conversation about the Traverse and with no "pressure" to buy anything we were taking one for a test drive. He genuinely seemed to care that we got the car we wanted and in our price range. We still owed money on our current vehicle and so on that day it was not in our best interest to buy the Traverse, but they informed us of a program coming up that we might qualify for. Once they knew they could get the vehicle for us at the price we needed Craig called and we returned to buy the Traverse. We absolutely love our new vehicle the whole experience at Dave Gill has been great. Kevin Hampton has always taken care of us and we will continue to shop at Dave Gill as long as Kevin is around. I have not dealt with a car dealer since 2008 and the service at Dave Gill was above and beyond the service I received in 2008 from another highly rated Columbus dealership. Isaiah R was my initial contact via the Internet and he provided me same-day return email with information regarding the vehicle and time and date to set up a test drive. After the prompt appointment for a test drive., Isaiah then met me at the dealership and introduced me to Scott H. Scott provided me all the details about the vehicle and gave me any other information I needed to know about it and I went for a test drive. Scott was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle and never tried to pressure me into buying the vehicle. Everything went smoothly and pressure free. I decided to purchase the vehicle and was then introduced to Lisa P who handled all the financial and registration issues for the vehicle.She was very well organized and attentive to detail. I purchased the vehicle on the very same day that I came in to test drive and I was in and out of the dealership in about 3 1/2 hours with everything completed. I must say,once again,that the dealership experience from the initial conversation and emails with Isaiah to test driving the vehicle and other details about the vehicle with Scott to the work by Lisa on the financials and registration, this is the best experience I've ever had dealing with a car dealership. This team I dealt with was highly professional, courteous, very knowledgeable and easy to work with making my buying experience very enjoyable.
