I was looking for a low mileage ‘13-‘14 Suburban, and found it via GarGurus, so made a quick trip to Dave Gill Chevy on Halloween. I gave them a heads up that I was on my way. Arrived and quickly met Kyle and we took it for a drive. Very interested, and with no time to spare (it was Halloween!), they offered to allow an overnight test drive. Zero Hassle. Went back the next am and bought it...Good deal, more-than-fair trade on an ‘05 Tahoe, the vehicle we wanted, and great service from Sylvia in finance! He was helpful, personable, he listened, was patient, explained everything in detail, the process went smooth, and I was very satisfied just like I had been when I bought my Grand Prix.
