Best Buying Experience Purchased a new 2018 Chevy Bolt this past week. Got my quotes and then contacted the dealership and began exchanging messages several times until I was satisfied on what I might be buying and price. Kyle (and sales manager, Kevin Hampton) got me the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted to pay....no finagling or heavy-handed sales tactic upon my arrival at the dealership. I purchased the vehicle -- happy with the price and trade-in offer on my old vehicle. 2nd day after I took delivery I had a problem (MY FAULT - NOT THE DEALERSHIP'S or CHEVROLET'S) and they helped me out of a jam -- right rear tire hit a pothole and damaged the sidewall. They helped with towing and a new tire and gave me great price. Kevin helped me understand the vehicle and it's operation - answered questions before, during & after the sale. Kevin followed up after I left the dealership to make sure I continued to be satisfied. Kevin Hampton also followed up... I bought what I needed. I walked in and had to peek around the corner to find a salesman, which is a good thing, for me at least. I told Jacob what I needed, and Kevin worked out putting cruise control in my vehicle for $200 over my budget, which I was happy about, I was expecting it to be more. I did spend a little extra time there than I would have preferred due to technical issues. No one's fault. I did feel unwanted pressure from the finance manager, Sylvia, to purchase the extended warrenty. She's knowledgeable about the warrenty, which factored in my decision to purchase it in the end, because let's face it, bad things happen in the best of circumstances. Overall, 8/10 experience. More
