This was the absolute best experience I've ever had purchasing a car. From the moment I stepped foot on the property I felt at ease and comfortable, it was like I was finally at the right car dealersh purchasing a car. I had a few really bad experiences at other dealers beforehand. Scott greeted me with a warm friendly smile, it didn't feel forced or fake, he genuinely met it when he greeted me. As I explained me situation to him he took notes to show me he was listening to what I had to say. This was the first time I had a dealer do that for me. I felt valued and like my voice was being heard for what I wanted not what they wanted me to buy. At the end of the process I left with a brand New Chevy Trax and I couldn't be happier with my decision.
