We drove in from out of the area on a Saturday to look at a specific car, having worked with Joe by phone beforehand. I test drove some more, and even took it home again. I finally settled on the more expensive version of the Malibu (leather and power seats for comfort). They worked with me on the price, lowering it a bit since it was originally outside my budget. After filling out the paperwork, the bank changed its interest rate. They searched around for an even better rate for me. Overall, Joe and the other staff were very helpful. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. He helped find what fit best for me.
