We bought an "as is" vehicle, that promptly broke down the next day. Even though it was sold "as is", "no warranty", John arranged to have the car analyzed at no expense to me. And then found another car that suited us, for a little extra money. I know they did the morally right thing for me, and I appreciate that very much. Some dealers would not have done that.
