But because Jim was so giving of his time and so professional, I decided that I would drive over 40 miles to meet him and test drive the GMCs at Arborgast. I'd already dealt with other dealers, and did not care to return. Meeting him in person proved to be an even better experience. He was not in least bit pushy, but just open, honest and was willing to give me plenty of time to drive any/every car I might like. I wanted in-turn to make sure he was able to get to other customers, because I wasn't planning on buying a new car this year. He wasn't worried about that, and I was given the finest treatment. I worked with him for quite a while. I still wasn't really ready to buy. But, it was Mr. Riegle's demeanor, very professional manner, kindness and thoughtfulness, that actually made me decide to trade in my car, and purchase the 2011 Acadia. I was actually in the market for a lower-priced car, but after driving the Terrain (more in my price range), I liked the looks of the Acadia better (though more expensive). He recommended it based on the smoothness of the ride, the exceptionally larger interior, etc. But, again, he did not pressure me at all. At the end of the ride, we started dealing. Doc Morgan was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and answered all our questions, explained the workings of the new GMC Yukon. He followed up with 2 phone calls and emails to make courteous, helpful and answered all our questions, explained the workings of the new GMC Yukon. We took the car back and he took care of a few issues himself and ordered a couple of small parts that were defective. He also had our car washed for us - he was just absolutely a pleasure to deal with. We took the car back 5 or 6 days later to have those ordered parts installed and everyone in the service department was very helpful and installed the parts quickly and everything now looks great!
