I asked many questions about the truck I wanted on the on-line chat, which was always quickly answered by Richard West. We were greeted promptly by TJ, he had the truck we were interested in moved up by the building for our convenience. Overall a good experience. The only thing that bothered me was they told me I had a nice trade in, a car they wanted and liked. Then I heard the sales manager get loud when he was talking about the amount me was they told me I had a nice trade in, a car they wanted and liked. I think what they gave me for it was fair but when you can hear the sales manager being loud about it all the way across the building it kind of makes you feel like your product wasn't as good as what they told you up front. The salesman was great and I liked working with him. The finance department was great and explained everyting ver well. Overall not a bad transaction. More
