My husband did the original deal with Larry for the last van we purchased in 09. That was a good experience so he decided to try again. This time we needed one that would handle better in the snow. We had no idea they put this in a full size van . He assured him we would be very pleased with it, it would not be any higher or harder to climb in and the gas use would not be any greater.He was right on all accounts.I had never been a fan of car salesmen but after meeting Larry I had a change of heart. He knows people and his product. I was impressed that he was so down to earth and not pushy. All of the salesmen in our area make a pest of themselves all for a sale . this is a total turn-off for both of us. It's no wonder my husband decided to travel almost four hours to buy this van too. We'll be back again for the next one and possibly for a replacement for my Tahoe next year. More

I seen the truck on eBay. I sent a message through eBay and Doc Morgan had responded. He worked with me over the phone and provided all the information I needed for all of my questions. I have always had a great experience at Arborgast. Since the last time I was in the salesman had left. Steve Haines took care of me this time and would recommend him to a friend. On the second day I was in the temperature was 4 degrees out and Steve still took me outside with his pocket torch and opened the doors of the cars I was interested in just to sit inside. (im a pretty big guy so I have to make sure I fit in the car before I would even be interested) After they cleared out the snow the next day I went in and bought an 07' HHR. Yes I fit in it. Financing went great and was approved right away. When I got the car home I noticed a bad spot on the bumper. I was worried about what they would do because I didnt see it when I bought the car. (probably because of the 5in of snow on it) I took it in the next day and Steve came out and looked at it and talked with his boss and are taking care of the issue. Now that is customer service, taking care of the customer even after they have taken the car home! More
