I started my search for a pre-owned car at Arbogast because I am from Troy and I was impressed with their inventory. I told the salesperson I worked with, Joe Bauman, that I would give him a final chance to win my business since he put so much time and effort into the sale. I found a car I liked in Dayton, but I came back to give Joe one more chance and he really came through. He found a car in Indiana with exactly the features I wanted, and at a good price. He secured it, brought it to Troy, and got it ready for me. He even worked with me on the trade in. All in all it was an excellent sales experiece and I was really impressed with Joe's professionalism and customer service.
