We were greeted promptly by TJ, he had the truck we were interested in moved up by the building for our convenience. Overall a good experience. The only thing that bothered me was they told me I had a nice trade in, a car they wanted and liked. I think what they gave me for it was fair but when you can hear the sales manager being loud about it all the way across the building it kind of makes you feel like your product wasn't as good as what they told you up front.
