I was in a terrible accident that left me without a car. I wanted to be able to shop online find the vehicle I wanted, go to the dealership, purchase it with no hassle. I had contacted other dealerships from seeing them on the internet and the sales person either didn't get back to me or they did not take me seriously. I called Dave Arbogast about a 2008 Saturn Outlook, there website was easy to follow and useful. When I called I spoke with a Joe Bauman who immediately went into action. He took all of my information and within an hour he told me I was approved and that I could come get my vehicle. I was excited to say the least. On the day I went to pick up my vehicle, it was sitting waiting for me, freshly washed!!! It took no longer than an hour to sign paperwork and for me to be back on the road. Dave Arborgast and Joe Bauman made me whole again. I have found where I will be purchasing my vehicles from now on, The Dave Arborgast Family. They are now offically part of my extended family. The weather was unfavorable for outdoor shopping so Joe invited us inside his office, offered us a refreshment, and proceeded to use his computer to find us the right vehicle on the lot according to our needs. In a very short time we had found the perfect vehicle that met all our criteria. Joe assisted us in examing, test driving, and learning the instruments of the vehicle. Joe never pressured us in any way. He assisted us in a payment plan and warranty options that fit our budget. Before we knew it we were on our way in the perfect fit vehicle for us with Joe's immpeccable customer service. From the salesperson to the secretary to the finance agent, we were extremely impressed and 100% satisfied with our experience. Last week after a lot of thought, I decided to trade in my 2005 Dodge Durango for a GMC Yukon Denali. Actually ,I decided to look for a needle in a hay stack. My choice was to look for a 2010 Denali with l my 2005 Dodge Durango for a GMC Yukon Denali. Actually ,I decided to look for a needle in a hay stack. My choice was to look for a 2010 Denali with low milage,loaded,and with an affordable price tag. After conducting an internet search within a 500 mile radius of my home in central pennsylvania I found five potential GNC Denali's. After researching the trucks I chose to give the folks at Dave Arbogast Buick GMC a call. After having done some preliminary discussion on the phone I decided to drive the 350 miles from my home to the dealership to have a look. As soon as I arrived I was very courteously greeted by the salesperson TJ Johnson. The truck was absolutely showroom condition, in fact it honestly looked like a new 2011.The price for the 2010 GMC Yukon Denali was exceptional,and easily worth the 750 mile roundtrip. After a short negotiation I bought the truck on the spot.I was very happy with the entire experience and wouldn't hesitate to do business with the employees of Dave Arbogast GMC, Buick again. More

There were a couple issues toward the end of the experience that were corrected to satisfactory levels. My name is Samantha Eberhardt. Being a full-time college student, part-time employee at a hotel, and limited on funds is definitely not easy. My grandparents had recently just purchased a blue GMC truck with the help of Kevin and they wouldn't stop speaking so highly of him, so of course, I put my 'life' in his hands as well. I explained to him exactly what I wanted and the price range I was looking at. I had been to so many other dealerships and not only did I Feel like they swarmed me as soon as I got out of the car, but their only concern was how much money they were going to get out of me -- even if the car was nothing that I wanted. Kevin on the other hand, I came to him. He didn't force me into a car I didn't want, he didn't make me feel like I was a customer at all, he made me feel like I was his friend. Every question I had, he had an honest and up-front answer. I made many, many trips to Dave Arbogast, alone and with family, and every time he made every single one of us feel comfortable and at home. It had only been 1-2 short months of waiting for the perfect car when I received a phone call from Kevin, "I found your car." Sure enough, he did. The perfect 2003 Malibu with a spoiler and low mileage. It was love at first test drive. Within a week, I had my car and I had a new friend. He has called multiple times to do follow ups on me and my car, every time I go to get my car washed (for free, because that is such a wonderful prop for purchasing my car from Dave Arbogast) he greets me with a smile, he remembers my name, and he asks me about my family, my life, etc. Dave Arbogast should be proud of having Kevin Richardson as an employee. Because of him, not only will I return to Arbogast in a few years to purchase a newer car, but I recommend them to every one I speak to. We're keeping Dave Arbogast in the family, and that's all because of Kevin. More
