My Husband and I were looking for a vehicle to replace my 2008 Impala LTZ. We found something we liked at Dave Arbogast. We typically don't like to shop for cars because of the long drawn-out process of go 2008 Impala LTZ. We found something we liked at Dave Arbogast. We typically don't like to shop for cars because of the long drawn-out process of going back and forth with the salesman and the manager. This was not the case with Arbogast. Our salesman, Mr. John Weidel provided a fair trade-in for my car and a good price on the vehicle we wanted (2013 GMC Sierra X-Cab). The process was easy and quick - not drawn-out over several hours. Wanting to build my credit back up and start fresh I decided to read reviews. Looking at the 4.9 Star rating out of 5 of 245 Reviews (Or so) I was very impressed. So I decided to take a trip up to Troy. I have only bought cars in the past from 2 lots in the Miami Valley and I thought they treated me well. Well let me tell you folks, by far Dave Arbogast is the BEST dealership I HAVE EVER steped foot in. Just a few weeks out of BK Discharge Matt and Marshall pulled a deal together and I got my wife the van she wanted. 2010 Dodge GrandCaravan with only 23,xxx miles on it! Mint condtion!!!! Of course I had to throw alittle money down (nohting crazy at all!) but, Ladies and Gentlemen "Dave says Yes" and I can contest to that. Its a blessing for real. I wasn't working at that time as I was staying home with my daughter, but she was a year old and I was ready to look. We had a such a great experience with Dave Arobgast with our Ford, that we went there recently. We had bought a car from a relative and put a lot of money into it, only for it to completely die anyway. We had filed for bankruptcy back in 2010 and didn't know if we would even qualify. We went to Dave Says Yes and worked with Matt, our salesman, and Marshall, for financing. They were absolutely wonderful! We even had to jump through some "hoops" for the bankruptcy court. Matt and Marshall even held our car while we got our approval. Not many places would even do that. They gave us a great deal and worked with us under really difficult circumstances. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. They do not use "high pressure" sales and are nothing but courteous and accommodating. I couldn't have even asked for anything more from them! After looking for several months I found a 2012 Yukon XL I was interested in online and contacted the dealership. Joe Bauman returned my call and I told him that I was reluctant to purchase a vehicle long I was interested in online and contacted the dealership. Joe Bauman returned my call and I told him that I was reluctant to purchase a vehicle long distance, over 500 miles away without being able to inspect it and that he would “have to be my eyes” for us to make this deal. It is a certified vehicle but Joe assured me he would go over it as if he was making the purchase for himself. He called back and told me it was in great shape both inside and out but he found 2 minor places on the paint that he would have their shop take care of and he also took more pictures and sent them to me. After agreeing on the price they sent the paperwork overnight and I completed it and returned it so that everything would be ready to go as I would have about an 8 hour drive to return home. Joe picked me up at the Dayton airport and we went to the dealership I signed 2 papers, we went over the truck and I was on my way and he was right the vehicle is in great shape. Joe had even filled the 31 gallon tank for me, what a pleasant surprise! This was without a doubt the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle and would recommend this dealership and Joe Bauman to anyone in the market for a vehicle. Arbogast was my last stop - I should have started there. There's no need to go anywhere else. For every ad I showed the real car was in stock at the fantastic price listed in the ad. John Weigel was very easy to work with. He didn't pressure me at all. He supplied me with a wealth of knowledge and everything he said checks out true (unlike so many other folks I've visited). John also stayed late to see me off after I finished up with their helpful finance people. More

Arriving extremely early was no problem to him. Even though he had another customer he had scheduled at that time, he was able to squeeze in some time for me to sign a few papers and send me off on my way for a test drive while he finished up with the other customer. Everything was pretty smooth after I arrived back from the test drive. Joe was doing all he could to keep me patient and satisfied throughout the paperwork process. He couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. My only complaint was not towards him, but the financial representative he set me up with, whom was named Jason (I think). Jason was extremely pushy and rude when I told him I was financing with my bank. I realize he doesn't get commission unless I financed with them, but he was almost insulting me for not choosing them to finance the FJ Cruiser. Aside from Jason, the experience was great, Joe was great, and the FJ Cruiser was in superb condition! Everything I had hoped for. I highly suggest going to Dave Arbogast just beware of the pressure you will have when sent to the financing office (located in the new car building). More

My husband always dreamed of getting a Cadillac some day but didn't think it was time yet for our budget. But then we saw one on the lot thought we would give it a test drive along with testing two Buicks both nice cars. We had a trade in (now my husband keeps cars forever and our car was bought in 2004 from your dealership and loved it so we were not real sure if we should trade it or not but we did and drove out with our dream car thanks to Buck!!!!! PS please tell the young man that bought our car (works for you) to be careful its a chick magnet and goes really fast. So I am certain to do some PR for you and please tell Buck, Good Job!!!!!!!
