All were willing to help until they saw that my credit was not the best. I was treated like I had the plague. Discouraged and upset, I finally found Dave Arbogast through a google search. I could not believe the experience. I filled out an online application and told them the exact vehicle I wanted. This was on a Saturday morning. Before 11, I received a call from Terry Murlin. He listened to everything I said and told me he would call me back. By 2 he told me he found a great deal and if I wanted to, I could pick up my car. I was sooo excited. I told him my son had football and I was trying to get there. They closed at 5. I called him and said I would be there at 4. He said NO PROBLEM. When I showed up I could not believe how nice everyone was. Not only did they find me a great deal but Terry even delayed movie night with his wife to make sure all went well. Terry talked with my mom while I finished up with Matt Jennings. Matt was amazing also, helping and explaining almost every detail in a way a person can understand. All I can say is that I am astounded by the way I was treated by Terry and Matt. I will always go back to both of them. They made my day and I could not say enough about my experience with them. I had already decided that I wanted to get a Jeep Wrangler and I had looked at a few others in the area before but the bright, yellow paint pulled me into the lot and the service kept my there long enough to make the deal. Since it was my first time making any sort of major purchase I had many questions, but Kevin Richardson answered all of them clearly so that I felt I knew what to expect and understood the process very well. Everyone I talked to was very respectful and patient with me if there was something I didn't understand. I have purchased a number of new cars in my lifetime, but never a used one.I drove the the used car lot on a Tuesday and saw a car I might be interested in purchasing. I checked the information on the car,came home and checked out the website information. I was able to check the car fax info and price. I decided on Thursday I would drive the car if it was still there. John met me at the door and I explained what car. He pulled it up immediately and set me up to drive it. I wasn't sure it was the car so he set me up to test drive other cars similar. By that time it was getting late and I had decided I wanted the 2011 pilot after all. He set me up with Marshall to complete the financing and I went home with the Pilot. I worked for American Honda for 34 years and the Pilot was a great buy. So far I love my car and the easy, un-pressured purchasing experience.my son, father and daughter-in-law have all purchased cars and r tv's at Arboast in the past . My Husband and I were looking for a vehicle to replace my 2008 Impala LTZ. We found something we liked at Dave Arbogast. We typically don't like to shop for cars because of the long drawn-out process of go 2008 Impala LTZ. We found something we liked at Dave Arbogast. We typically don't like to shop for cars because of the long drawn-out process of going back and forth with the salesman and the manager. This was not the case with Arbogast. Our salesman, Mr. John Weidel provided a fair trade-in for my car and a good price on the vehicle we wanted (2013 GMC Sierra X-Cab). The process was easy and quick - not drawn-out over several hours.
