Working with John Weigel at Dave Arbogast Buick was a smooth and very enjoyable experience. John seemed to understand that this was a big decision and was not the usual and typical pushy salesman that we worked with at other GMC dealerships. It was refreshing and relaxing, which are two words. I have never used before when buying a vehicle. Because of John's professionalism we will be returning to Arbogast in the future. Arriving extremely early was no problem to him. Even though he had another customer he had scheduled at that time, he was able to squeeze in some time for me to sign a few papers and send me off on my way for a test drive while he finished up with the other customer. Everything was pretty smooth after I arrived back from the test drive. Joe was doing all he could to keep me patient and satisfied throughout the paperwork process. He couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. My only complaint was not towards him, but the financial representative he set me up with, whom was named Jason (I think). Jason was extremely pushy and rude when I told him I was financing with my bank. I realize he doesn't get commission unless I financed with them, but he was almost insulting me for not choosing them to finance the FJ Cruiser. Aside from Jason, the experience was great, Joe was great, and the FJ Cruiser was in superb condition! Everything I had hoped for. I highly suggest going to Dave Arbogast just beware of the pressure you will have when sent to the financing office (located in the new car building). More

My husband and I are return customers and are happy we are. We were met at the front door by this wonderful young man named Buck. He asked if he could help us and I told him we would like to look at some cars ( you have a few on your lot) we wanted nothing older than a 2011 and I had a wish list. My husband always dreamed of getting a Cadillac some day but didn't think it was time yet for our budget. But then we saw one on the lot thought we would give it a test drive along with testing two Buicks both nice cars. We had a trade in (now my husband keeps cars forever and our car was bought in 2004 from your dealership and loved it so we were not real sure if we should trade it or not but we did and drove out with our dream car thanks to Buck!!!!! PS please tell the young man that bought our car (works for you) to be careful its a chick magnet and goes really fast. So I am certain to do some PR for you and please tell Buck, Good Job!!!!!!! My husband decided I needed a different car. The Tuesday before Thanksgiving, I was looking online when I happen to remember the Arbogast dealership. I went to their website and began looking at the pre-own before Thanksgiving, I was looking online when I happen to remember the Arbogast dealership. I went to their website and began looking at the pre-owned inventory. To my delight and surprise on the third page was a beautiful Jaguar. The mileage was low (very low) and so was the price. I emailed that night (after hours) and had a reply the very next morning. Richard, the internet manager, was very helpful. I ask why the car was so inexpensive. I was told Dave Arbogast believes in fair prices. I made arrangements with Richard to see the car and speak to Joe Bauman. My husband and I made the drive over on Saturday (we live about an hour away) and arrived about an hour before their closing time. When we arrived, Joe had the car ready, we stepped out of our car and into the Jaguar for a test drive. I loved it! Joe was so friendly and helpful that by the time we returned I had made up my mine. The price was to good to be true and the great thing was they already did business with our personal bank. Joe guided us to Vicki (she did all the paperwork) and when we were finished, I was surprised to see Joe was still there waiting for us (it was well after closing time by now). He wanted to be certain we were happy with the deal, and told us he thought the car was to low on gas. The dealership was already closed, so he had taken the car, put gas in it and paid for it out of his own pocket! Now that is service! I have had the car a few days now, and so far so good. I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Joe Bauman and the Arbogast dealership. The service was above and beyond, Joe Bauman is a very professional and knowledgeable dealer. I will without a doubt do business with him again. I highly recommend both the dealership and Mr. Bauman. I purchased a 2007 Corvette convertible from John Weigel on 6/22/2012. I live about 5 hours away from the dealership and wanted to see the car on Friday. Unfortunately Friday was John's day off but he agree on 6/22/2012. I live about 5 hours away from the dealership and wanted to see the car on Friday. Unfortunately Friday was John's day off but he agreed to meet me when the dealership opened at 9:00 am. John was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He was not high pressure and a pleasure to work. It took a couple of hours to complete our deal and sign all the paperwork and John stuck around until we were ready to leave. We were shopping for a conversion van and were unable to locate what we were looking for until we happened upon Arbogast's website. To be honest, we were just a little nervous about the prospect, but we are pleased to say that the whole process was very simple and when the van arrived, we were extremely pleased. My situation was that I needed a new van and I needed it yesterday. Unfortunately, I found out that my search for the perfect van for my particular needs, and in my price range, was going to take longer th yesterday. Unfortunately, I found out that my search for the perfect van for my particular needs, and in my price range, was going to take longer than I expected. I spent a month looking at websites and driving around looking on lots. Finally, I found the Arbogast website (which is WONDERFUL) and started looking and comparing prices. What hit me first was the huge inventory and various options offered at Arbogast. Plus the fact that I was shopping at home, yet was getting better service on their website than I had been given at some of the other dealerships I had actually visited in person. I picked out a few models from their inventory to look at and made the call to schedule my appointment. I was immediately put into contact with Justin Smith. I let Justin know what I was wanting to see and he had me scheduled the very next weekend. As I live four hours away in a different state, I was worried that the van I really wanted would not be there. (My appointment was a week away, and the vans were selling off their website like hotcakes!) Not a problem for Justin, I put down a fully refundable deposit to "hold" my van of interest, and if it did not work out I would get my money back. THAT was one of the biggest selling points Arbogast could of ever offered me. I felt they really wanted my business and were willing to go that extra step to make sure I would make the trip out to give them the chance to earn my business. That next weekend, my husband and I made the trip to Arbogast and met Justin. I can only say he is one of the nicest salesmen I have ever had the pleasure to do business with. I also felt no pressure and no stress regarding what I wanted. Justin went out of his way to show us everything we wanted to see from converson vans, to RV Vans, to RVs. He NEVER pressured us one way or the other, even though he is a conversion van salesperson and not an RV salesman. He stepped away and allowed my husband and I to discuss what we'd looked at, and what we felt fit our needs the best. We wound up buying a conversion van that I had seen on the "New" list even though I was looking for "Used." The van had been marked down to a wonderful price and only had 8 miles on it. The only thing I needed was an awning, which was not on the van. The other problem was that I needed the awning on the van and I needed the van itself within 3 weeks. Justin got the awning included for me and went out of his way to get it ordered, installed, and even shipped the van to my house! The van with the awning installed is beautiful, it arrived in plenty of time for the event I needed to get to, and Justin called and made sure everything was alright and helped with OnStar or any questions I may of had. I can honestly say I had a wonderful buying experience with Arbogast because of Justin Smith. I felt my needs and wishes were considered above just "making a sale." I can say this, even if you live in another state, it is worth the trip! Thank you Justin and Arbogast. You've made a lifetime buyer out of me. I will definitely buy from you again!
