Vehicle purchase I purchased a GMC 2016 lifted truck on the (31July2020). Joe answered all my questions that came up and educated me on the mechanics of the vehicle which I were not familiar to me. Joe is courteous and I did not feel pressured or rushed to make a purchase nor persuaded toward any other vehicle (as I've experienced with some dealerships that want to clear the lot). Bought pre-owened dodge ram with issues..no help from dealer We purchased a pre-owned 2017 Ram 1500 longhorn with about 17K miles. Worst buying experience ever. I was shown a clean vehicle report and all seemed good. I mild fender bender on my part revealed previous damage. So I get curious and run my own CarFax report, paid 40$, and found that there was in fact previous rear damage, as well as, previous front damage reported. Dealer is not willing to help. Kept the truck for 5 days......and found nothing wrong. There has never been any follow up of any kind concerning this issues. The service dept didn't even document what they did. I would never EVER do business with this dealership again. I make sure to mention this to any and all friends who might be in the market for a vehicle. NOT worth the hassle. More

Bought 4 tires for my truck 2 out of 4 had leakage from the valve stems where they didn't clean the rims and reset them . Came back to get the tires rotating and they said the front axle is leaking it look the valve stems where they didn't clean the rims and reset them .
