Inquired about a Ram Bighorn and it was sitting next to showroom when I arrived after work. I was quickly greeted by Jamie and told him I had an appointment to test drive a truck. I was offered to go out by myself but did not choose to do so as I explained. After the test drive I wanted to purchase the vehicle and I accepted the offer from Jamie and had the paperwork initiated. I explained I had some pressing errands to run and would stop back the next day after work. Ba took care of the paperwork in about 35 minutes and I left my rental vehicle at the dealership and was on my way. I have never had a vehicle buying experience as nice and courteous as I did with Jamie and Ba. I knew neither of the gentlemen prior to my first arrival and they treated me like an old friend. If you find the type of vehicle you are looking for at Dave Arbogast ask for Jamie and Ba and I’m sure you will be treated fairly and like an old friend as well.
