I was in need of a car and a friend at work informed me of Nissan World of Dartmouth. First of all, I would like to say that I hate car shopping. Mostly because of past experiences. I have always felt pressured into buying something that I didn't really want at all. When I arrived I was greeted by an employee Roger Pinsonnault. During my dealings with Roger and all the other wonderful employees at Nissan World, not once did I feel pressure. I was made to feel comfortable. I will admit I thought I was not going to get a good deal due to my credit. But, as someone had mentioned earlier Anthony Monteiro one of their Financial Managers helped me out with that with some good advice as well. I cant say anything but good things about this place and its employees. It is definately not Barry's! I came back a few days later and Roger noticed that I had parked under a tree and some bird that was hating on me did his business on my car, Roger had me go in back to wash it off! lol Now tell me what salesperson would go out of their way to treat you like family? I recommended all my friends to this dealership! More
I want to commend two gentlemen from Nissan World of Dartmouth for their exceptional customer service, genuine interest in my business, and follow-through (even months now) after completing my purchase. Anthony Monteiro (financial manager) walked me through the financing and final paperwork. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS MAN. Me being in my mid twenties, I felt like Mr. Monteiro treated me the way he would hope his children are treated if they were to be put in the same scenario. Mr. Monteiro walked me through clearing a bad collection off of my credit report by hand writing a letter that I would need to send to the bureaus, gave me the mailing addresses, and told me specifically what I needed to do to get results. I'm pleased to report that this was successful! I would like to clarify that he did this after I had already signed the necessary paperwork to drive off the lot in my new truck, it was not a leverage to make the sale. He seemed genuinely concerned about the false report and helped me to remove it. What dealership do you know that would go ABOVE AND BEYOND to help their customers... POST TRANSACTION!!? (Today) Mr. Monteiro helped me in canceling my existing 100,000 mile warranty on my trade-in. The dealership I had originally bought my trade-in from REFUSED TO FOLLOW THROUGH with the paperwork required to refund me my prorated dollar amount. I contacted Mr. Monteiro (who made himself available immediately) and he helped me open a case with the Attorney General's office, contact AJ&M who funded the warranty, and contact the appropriate parties involved to get this resolved. THIS IS MONTHS AFTER I PURCHASED MY NEW TRUCK!! I'm absolutely thrilled to have a dealership that I can trust and that will go to bat for me after they've already taken my money... I think dealerships like this are few and far between. A+++ All around!! Jerry Cadorette (sales manager) has been a stand-up guy as well, even months after the sale. Also pertaining to the 100,000 mile warranty cancellation, Mr. Cadorette gave me his personal cell phone number and asked me to keep him updated on the results. Every time I walk in the door of that dealership Mr. Cadorette recognizes me by name, gives me a warm greeting, and asks what he can do for me. I have honestly never been so happy with a dealership staff. This dealership is located in the old Barry's Nissan location. Let me tell you, they are NOTHING like Barry's Nissan - these guys are working for your business and they clearly are not interested in getting rich in one transaction, but earning repeat business. A++ to the entire staff at Nissan World Dartmouth. I recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors every chance I get. Go by, ask for any of these gentlemen, and I guarantee you will leave happy - and have peace of mind that your business is important to them and they will do WHATEVER IT TAKES to keep it. More
When I first walked on to the lot I really wasn't even really sure if I wanted a new car or which kind. After a few short minutes, Roger approached me and greeted me with a friendly hand shake. The customer service, finance department, and management were all up to par and exceeded my expectations. I thank them very much for their service and I am thoroughly happy with my new car purchase. Our experience with Nissan World and there employees was a great one. Our sales person, Marina, asked us what we were looking for as far as price and vehicle and found us the perfect car. I feel we received an excellent deal on a really great car. There was no need to go back and forth about price, the first price they gave us was what we paid. The car was even completely detailed again when we picked it up and we were the only people that had test driven it! He was very informed about the car, answered all my questions and honestly I did not feel any pressure whatsoever to buy the car. After driving the vehicle and listening to Roger explain all the features about the car, I really wanted to own a Nissan. I would not hesitate to refer any of my friends to to go to this dealership. Everyone from the general manager and the rest of the staff made us feel very comfortable. More

He worked with me until I was able to get the deal I needed to purchase the vehicle. I would recommend Roger to my friends or strangers because once they meet him, they would no longer be strangers. I called Nissan World looking for a specific car and she answered the phone and looked up the inventory within a few minutes had the answer I was looking for. This was the best experience at a dealership I have ever had. I was not stressed my sale person explained everthing step by step.I didn't feel like I was getting taking for a ride.
