We have done two deals with Nissan Dartmouth. The first was wonderful. So we went back. We were trading in a lease and were told we only had to pay for the first payment on new lease. We thought it was too good to be true, confirmed, reconfirmed and said ok let's sign. 3 months later we've been promised continually by this dealership that they are going to pay Nissan for the balance on the previous lease. Now taking them to small claims court. They lied to us continually and then the sales manager yelled at me continually on the phone. Really a sales manager yelling at a customer? Regardless of the situation, never should do that. More

Originally I saw the 2012 Kia Forte as I was driving by and i decided to stop and and check the vehicle out. Brandon came up to me and explained and informed me about the car and never seemed to be pushy, and i decided to stop and and check the vehicle out. Right off the bat I didn't feel like i was just at some random dealer, this was different. Being a first time buyer ,I had my mom with me and Brandon worked some numbers with us. Once we got to where we wanted to be, we took the vehicle for a test drive, I loved it and Brandon explained even more cool features and did not rush me at all. After the drive I got to stay in the vehicle for a little bit and learn more about its cool features. Being a first time buyer with no available cosigner, getting approved was tough but Nissan World tried many different options and many banks, I had a very personal experience, Brandon kept me updated to the minute on what was going on, and I am very pleased to say the dealership tried different options to get me the car. I was approved for it and Brandon let me know. He truly did a flawless job throughout the whole process. When the day came to finalize everything, Nissan World tried very hard to get me the car the same day and they did, another thing I loved. Even though they had the sale wrapped up, they still took care to still keep me updated and work hard for me, that is something I could really appreciate. I will definitely buy from Nissan World again in the future, hopefully Brandon can help me out again.
