I had gone into nissans website to look at a couple different vehicles and see where I could get the best deal . Nissan world of Dartmouth was not only the first to respond but the young lady Kayla Whi different vehicles and see where I could get the best deal . She sent me a great price and catered to my needs and went and found the exact car I wanted . Once I got to the dealership everyone there was pleasant and respectful and courteous. Couldn't have met better people, better quality in service or have gotten a better deal!! I've had my share of nightmares dealing with with car dealerships, auto sales ploys, deception, and illegal ma service or have gotten a better deal!! I've had my share of nightmares dealing with with car dealerships, auto sales ploys, deception, and illegal maneuvers. Well seasoned in customer service I can't imagine what kind of mentality it takes to behave so recklessly towards people and not have to wrestle every night with ones own conscience. This (Memorial Day) weekends' personal experience at Nissan World of Dartmouth was by far the total opposite of the afore mentioned. Not only was I very pleased in my purchase but also with the people I met. Specifically the person who helped me get what I came for. I don't even want to call him a "salesman". More like meeting a great person at a car dealership. He made me WANT to trust that he was working for me - he wasn't there to confuse, pressure, or annoy. The entire experience was better because of him. His name is Brian Ponte. I'll not forget that this is the very first time in my 30 plus years purchasing vehicles, that I can seriously rave about the experience. I think I'm still in shock. Please recognize this gentleman's natural gift. His service excellence is in deed priceless and warrants attention. I am grateful to have come across a business such as this, unplanned as it were. I want thank not only Brian but also his boss Vinnie who together made us feel valued and respected as people. I came in alone with just my daughter ( college student) , and was never made to feel like a "number"or "quota" or "wallet"...... how fantastic is that? We were treated with the utmost respect. I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Rogue from Joe Ferreira at Nissan World of Dartmouth. When I first went to the dealership, I was not positive whether I wanted to purchase a new or used vehicle. I was also undecided about what model vehicle I wanted. Mr. Ferreira took the time to show us a few different vehicles, both new and used. He also worked out a few different payment options, with leasing and purchasing to see what was the best scenario for us. When it came time to sign the paperwork, he went out of his way to get the paperwork to my mom, who works extended hours out of town. At delivery, he was very thorough and knowledgeable about the features. As I had never used blue tooth before, it was very helpful for him to explain how it worked, and to help me link my cell phone to it. As my husband could not be there when I picked up the car, he stopped by earlier in the day & Mr. Ferreira explained all of the features to him at that time as well. Overall, I had an excellent experience at Nissan World of Dartmouth. I have since then referred friends and family to Mr. Ferreira, and will continue to do so in the future. More
