Joe Ferreira (the salesman) could not do enough to help me find a car that would fit into my budget. He put me in a Nissan Versa and I fell in love. They worked hard to get me the financing for this car and I appreciate everything they did for me. I would recommend that dealership and the salesman to anyone who needs to buy a car. More

I had bought a new Nissan Murano in 2013. Wife Pat wanted to buy new car now. She has owned four Maxima's, since 1982. We were met by Louie and sales person Joe Ferreira (my salesman from 2013 had left) Pat, Joe and I went out for a test drive. She loved the car, Joe did an outstanding job of customer centric selling (best I've seen in 40 years) We negotiated a fair price and trade of Pat's 2002 Maxima. We to the dealership to pick up the car Sunday. With Pat in driver's seat, Joe gave her a first class intro to most of the car's features. Pat is a very happy new Maxima owner. We rate Nisan World of Dartmouth our favorite Nissan dealer. (have bought from Quirk and Westboro dealers over the years. We now live in RI) More

Went in on Sunday for a trade up opportunity 2012 versa to 2014 versa. The new versa is to small so we asked about getting into a sedan I was told it wasn't an issue. I saw a sentra that I liked and it was only $1000 more then the versa the salesman said it wasn't an issue so we went in to talk. Gave all of my info he went and spoke with his manager came back with a sheet of paper saying this is what we can do you are approved threw Nissan. I agreed to the deal the salesman said the paperwork would be printed up first thing Monday. I forgot to ask for the vin so my gf called and got it in order to give my insurance a heads up. Looked up the vin Nissan world website popped up so I looked at it. At the bottom of the page in bold words was an offer the salesman must have forgot. $1000 Nissan world loyalty offer so I called about it he ensured me it would be applied. Monday around noon I dropped in to start the paperwork it wasn't done I was then told it would be done by supper time. Never got a call back so my gf called around 7pm. All of a sudden we went from being approved to not approved I guess the salesman was too busy to let me know they would be ruining my credit by checking with a ton of banks which I didn't give them permission to do. I was told I was already approved. So this proves they are comfortable with lying to customers and wasting your time then treating you like you wasted their time. Avoid this place at all costs do yourself a favor and go to another Nissan dealer. This is my second experience with this place and both were horrible experiences. They are unprofessional and a disgrace to Nissan. I will never go back and I will never recommend this place and I will warn every single one of my customers as well as any single person that suggests that they are going here. If the GM is reading this right now you need to reevaluate your business and take a close look at how your employees are treating your customers, lying thieves. More

We went to this dealership because of the upbeat and informative response we got from an internet inquiry. After some pre-qualifying conversation, we felt that a trip to the dealer was the right next step. From the moment we arrived the staff was not just courteous, but warm, inviting and friendly. We had a specific car in mind, looked at the car and got right to business. We were approved for a better financing package than expected and bought the car tonight. Fortunately, because of our choice of insurers, we were able to drive the car off the lot and home. Six hours including driving time, dinner and extra prep. Bravo to all the staff involved and be assured we would definitely recommend this dealer to our friends. More
