I had bought a new Nissan Murano in 2013. Wife Pat wanted to buy new car now. She has owned four Maxima's, since 1982. We were met by Louie and sales person Joe Ferreira (my salesman from 2013 had left) Pat, Joe and I went out for a test drive. She loved the car, Joe did an outstanding job of customer centric selling (best I've seen in 40 years) We negotiated a fair price and trade of Pat's 2002 Maxima. We to the dealership to pick up the car Sunday. With Pat in driver's seat, Joe gave her a first class intro to most of the car's features. Pat is a very happy new Maxima owner.
