Great communication & help I submitted a price request on a Nissan Altima I mistakenly thought was on the Dartmouth lot. Kelly Viers immediately responded to my email and we tal I submitted a price request on a Nissan Altima I mistakenly thought was on the Dartmouth lot. Kelly Viers immediately responded to my email and we talked for a bit before I realized I had requested the wrong car. Kelly let me know they could send any Tasca car I was interested in to the Dartmouth lot for a test drive, which they did within a few days. She was more than helpful in making sure she could try and help us find the car we were looking for. Although we ended up not making a purchase at Nissan (we found another make/model we simply liked better), we couldn't have asked for a better experience than we got with Kelly. More

Double bad the condescending attitude of the employee who said have a nice day when he knew that due to tasca wasting my time a good day wouldn't happen. Your lack of concern and horrific scheduling practices are abhorrent and not only has Tasca lost a customer but I will never buy another Nissan due to the experience I had with this dealership, and it's not a one time experience, more like the third so three strikes and you loose. 7/22/2015 update. Seems Tasca yet again didn't care about the consumer as they conveniently didn't post my review. I hope millions of people see this and don't do business with you or Nissan. You can't only post the reviews you like Tasca, it makes you seem even more lame than originally thought. More
Did not have title for car we wanted to purchase! Wasterd about 3 plus hours of my time to tell me they didn't have title to car & it would be 3 weeks till they could get it. Teamwork I brought my 2013 Altima in for a slow leak in my tire. I didn't have an appt. but they took my car in right away. My adviser kept me informed of the progress and wait time. The customer service area is relaxing with a big tv and free WiFi. I left there smiling once again. They are happy when their customers are happy. I love this dealership!! More

An astounding lack of professionalism. I went in looking for a base model new 2014 Sentra that was on the website. When I went out to look at the vehicle with my sales consultant, Karl, we I went in looking for a base model new 2014 Sentra that was on the website. When I went out to look at the vehicle with my sales consultant, Karl, we saw that the rear bumper of this new vehicle was pretty severely scratched up. This was the first in the string of unfortunate events that turned this car buying experience into a nightmare. Not interested in purchasing a new car that already needed body work, we began to search the lot for a similar vehicle in my price range. I settled upon another new 2014 leftover. I was told to arrive at 3 the following day, at which point I would receive my car with 2 sets of keys, it would be washed and waxed, inspected, and it would have a full tank of gas. I left work early in order to get to the dealership at the agreed upon time. When I arrived, it was obvious that nothing was prepared. George was out to lunch and wasn't available for me to sign over the title of the trade in. While I waited for his return, the salesman I had worked with for hours the previous day was getting ready to leave. Before he left, he gave me an approximate wait time for the delivery of my vehicle. I waited five times that period and was not attended to. I approached the desk to ask what the status of my vehicle was because I had received no follow-up from any of the staff while I was waiting. No one took the keys for my trade-in or took the plates off until I prompted them. If I had a twin, I would have been able to leave the lot with two cars! When my car finally was ready, it was delivered with only one set of keys. They had lost the second set and I had to wait longer while another set was programmed. At this point a second salesman, Trevor, stepped in to aid the delivery. As we went out to my car, there was an abundance of wax left on the front bumper that he had to scrub off himself. He stood beside me as I turned the car on for the first time and we saw the car did not have the full tank of gas that was promised. He had me follow him in his own car to the closest gas station where the filled it for me. He also had to show me how to open the gas tank because I was never shown the basic operations of the vehicle. He offered to give me a full demo, but at that point I just wanted to go home. After a few days, I decided to browse the owner's manual in order to learn more about my car and familiarize myself with important information - such as the maintenance schedule. When I opened the glove compartment, I saw that I was given the manual to the wrong car. So I had to go back to the dealership for the third time in order to correct yet another mistake. Had I known the trouble I was going to be put through, I would not have even driven onto the lot. I will not be returning to this Nissan dealer for any of my service needs and I urge anyone who is interested in buying a car to stay away from Tasca. Despite the aggravation, I do want to recognize Trevor for trying to rectify the problems that continued to arise throughout the experience. More

For a car salesman he reaches beyond the infamous reputation allotted to this position. Ron is cool, calm and collective. he is forthright and is a good listener. He Handles transactions with neatness and dispatch and does it in a courteous and friendly manner. It was easy to trade and buy with Ron. I also have the same recommendation for George Mead He also was a gentleman and very attentive to matters. The Only drawback with the purchase of my Rogue was the Registration personal upstairs who dragged their legs in registering the car. Gary Estrella and Mike the GM were also courteous and Helpful. Hopefully my relationship with this Franchise will remain a good one as I refer my friends and relatives to Ron Marshall. . More
