I drove to dealership and was told that everyone one to busy to look at my car. I I drove then to your location and the car was looked at immediately. It turned out to be a twisted small cable around the gas cap. It took all of fifteen minutes and I was not charged. I was so impressed that I wrote to the corporate office. 5 month oil change at 2,300 miles The service was prompt and friendly. There was a courtesy inspection and car wash along with the oil change. On the up side I used a $15 coupon for a discount. On the down side, the computer scheduled me for a tire rotation, but the outcome was a note that the tires don't need rotation at this time. The maintenance scheduling isn't coping with my car driving less that 5,000 miles per year. I'm still satisfied because I only bring the car in for service twice a year. The most important thing for me is to have friendly service, given that the car is almost maintenance free. The waiting area had free coffee, comfortable chairs, wall mounted television, and plenty of room. More
