Satisfied I E-mailed ahead 2 cars I was interested in. I came in and met Kevin, who got the carfax waiting on the 2 cars. I found another car that morning before I got there and I showed him the picture and drove it and bought it. When we got back the carfax was printed out. Good, honest salesman. DJ handled the financing and it was a simple process, no games, pushing for longer service coverage. Very personable, easy to deal with. Negative, sorry. When I got the car at 12:30 it had passed inspection and was ready. Kevin linked up my phone, and showed me some controls I didn't know about. At 5:30 when I got home I noticed a headlight out. So I called Kevin and left 2 messages, and I had to call back the next day. Long story short, I got my light fixed a week from that Saturday because they had no times available that I could do. I just bought a car from you, fit me in on Saturday. Maybe it's just me, but I would have thought they would have prioritized and fix a brand new sale. The light is not right but I am going to get it fixed. More
Got what I needed and more I went to the service center because I had an issue with my car rough idling and also with my stereo. They made an appointment that was convenient to me and serviced my car in a Dartmouth Nissan went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me. They made an appointment that was convenient to me and serviced my car in a timely fashion. Steve even drove my car back to my home just 2 miles away and I brought him back to the dealership. He didn’t have to do this extra step; but he never even hesitated when I asked for this favor. I used to bring my Altima to the dealership I bought it at for service but because of this incident the great service I’ve received from Don in the past for service on my Murano, I will be coming back to Dartmouth Nissan in the future.
