The salesman, Jay, was very attentive to our needs and showed us a range of the exact cars we were looking for and made the process of selecting the car we wanted and negotiating the price very painless. We felt we got a reasonable deal for the vehicle and were overall pleased with the experience. The only complaint we have is the length of wait for the finance department to process our paperwork - it took over 5 hours from when we selected the car to when we were able to complete the finance paperwork, all for a straightforward loan with an excellent credit score. The finance manager, David, we eventually worked with was incredible - once we got into his office the process was smooth and painless, just the 5 hour wait to get to the paperwork was ridiculous. I would suggest either having more finance personnel available on the weekends when it is busy or implementing a system where you can at least tell customers how long the wait will be. If they have told us at 2 that it would be a 5 hour wait, we would have simply left and come back rather than sat in their waiting room with 2 children for such a long time. Communication and planning would have eliminated the problem easily. More
