Don was very professional. He is a great representative of N I bought my car 2 years ago from Tasca and did not have a good experience. However when I went in this time for an oil change the service person was D I bought my car 2 years ago from Tasca and did not have a good experience. Mind boggling Nissan couldn't cover a good will on a warranty that was only 4 months expired...I've been driving for 19 years now & only owned nissans..I.took my 08 Nissan couldn't cover a good will on a warranty that was only 4 months expired...I've been driving for 19 years now & only owned nissans..I.took my 08 Maxima in June to an outside mechanic for a blown radiator. He educated me on the junk cvt transmission in this car that had a warranty doubled up from 5 to 10 years..upon speaking with Nissan & corporate they determined after reading the VIN that indeed the transmission falls under this warranty..then to be told that the warranty expired at the end of February so there was absolutely nothing they can do...clearly they don't own up to their "customer in mind" bs...money take & bs walks in this case..Needless to say I will never be doing business with Nissan ever again & will be sure to never recommend Nissan to any & all people More
