Completely Unprofessional I found a used Mini Cooper for sale through the internet at this dealership. What drew me to it was the price. So I went to look at the car, test drov I found a used Mini Cooper for sale through the internet at this dealership. What drew me to it was the price. So I went to look at the car, test drove it, and was ready to purchase. First thing I noticed upon arrival was the group of salesman outside who thought it was necessary and professional to smoke right by the door. The saleswoman provided a price breakdown that was a thousand dollars more than what it was listed for online. I asked about the extra charge and was told about extra "fees" but they were never advertised on the online price. Thankfully we ended up not having to pay the extra charge. We were then told that we would be able to have the car on Tuesday (we went to purchase on Saturday) or maybe Wednesday. Financing was all approved as well on Saturday. When I called on Tuesday to ask about the car, I was told it wasn't going to be ready by Thursday at 4:00. So Thursday comes, and I get a call from the dealership saying that the runner forgot the title when going to register the car. So now the car won't be ready until Friday. Paula, the saleswoman, took down my cell phone number and said she would call or text tomorrow (Friday) about the status of the car and when it was going to be dropped off at my house. On Friday, I did not receive a phone call, however, she called my house phone knowing full well I was working, even though she took down my cell phone number the day before, she never called. I emailed her on Friday and received no response. Finally I called the dealership late Friday afternoon and was told that the car was still not registered and wouldn't be ready until Monday. After discussing our displeasure, we explicitly told her that we expected a phone call first thing Monday morning from her or the sales manager to discuss why the car is taking so long to be registered. No phone call. After calling the dealership multiple times on Monday and being told she was in a meeting, we finally spoke to her. Clearly irritated by my phone called, I was told with a great deal of attitude that no, the car was still not registered. When questioned about why our phone calls were never returned, she explained her cell phone screen cracked and she couldn't see the number (not that it isn't on all the paperwork to begin with...). We sent an email to her Monday night again expressing that she needed to have the common courtesy to return our phone calls and communicate with us. Tuesday, we again heard nothing from her or Dartmouth Nissan, but left a final message saying that we were looking to cancel the order because our immense frustration in trying to get the car. Finally, Wednesday around noon time, we received a phone call saying the car was finally ready and registered (10 days after financing was approved and the down payment was paid). The car was dropped off, and we noticed the scratches on the car, that we were promised back on the day that we signed the paperwork that they would "do what they can", and clearly nothing was done. The car wasn't even washed. For my first car buying experience, this was an incredibly frustrating experience with such an unprofessional dealership. Would not recommend. More

I didn’t have to pay a dime. Excellent service! I’ll definitely be back for routine maintenance with them! More
