Always amazing service. I have been serviced by AK and Don multiple times, both with 2 different cars and have been coming here for 4 years. I have tried 3 other dealerships I have been serviced by AK and Don multiple times, both with 2 different cars and have been coming here for 4 years. I have tried 3 other dealerships in the cape/Plymouth/south coast area and they by far do the best, quickest, most professional job each time. I never wait more than an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. And they vacuum and wash my car!! Highly recommend to anyone with any brand vehicle. More

Because he is a new employee he was shadowing when it came to the buying process. This is where things went sour! The "seasoned employee" spoke to me as if I was a child and was pushy and pompous. Kevin made the process less about making a sale and more about helping me find the right vehicle. I've always viewed purchasing a new vehicle a stressful process with a lot of pressure but the Dartmouth Nissan team changed my view on that and I will definitely be recommending this dealership to everyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. Overall satisfied We went to the dealership with the intent to purchase a later model low mileage Altima for commuting purposes. The salesman, Jay, was very attentive We went to the dealership with the intent to purchase a later model low mileage Altima for commuting purposes. The salesman, Jay, was very attentive to our needs and showed us a range of the exact cars we were looking for and made the process of selecting the car we wanted and negotiating the price very painless. We felt we got a reasonable deal for the vehicle and were overall pleased with the experience. The only complaint we have is the length of wait for the finance department to process our paperwork - it took over 5 hours from when we selected the car to when we were able to complete the finance paperwork, all for a straightforward loan with an excellent credit score. The finance manager, David, we eventually worked with was incredible - once we got into his office the process was smooth and painless, just the 5 hour wait to get to the paperwork was ridiculous. I would suggest either having more finance personnel available on the weekends when it is busy or implementing a system where you can at least tell customers how long the wait will be. If they have told us at 2 that it would be a 5 hour wait, we would have simply left and come back rather than sat in their waiting room with 2 children for such a long time. Communication and planning would have eliminated the problem easily. More
