They do good work, but they charge exorbitant prices. I had an animal nest removed from the HVAC system of my vehicle. They charged me $400, which included 3 hours of labor at $100 per hour. Mechanics in the state of Massachusetts typically make $25 per hour. That's a hefty profit margin. They also charged $50 for a replacement air filter, double the cost of a comparable filter online. The staff are courteous and professional, and they do good work. I just wish they would stop ripping me off. More
