This was my second time to purchase a vehicle from Darrell Waltrip Honda. I appreciate that there are enough salesmen to take care of the customers so that I did not have to wait. I was in a bit of a desperate situation with not much time to shop for a vehicle. I contacted the dealership online and Richard Lamberth returned my call. I was able to give Richard the perimeters that I was looking for in a vehicle. He called me back a few times to let me know what was available. Richard was patient, courteous and understanding of my time frame. We decided that he had a car that would possibly meet my needs on a Wednesday night. Thursday I went to see and drive the vehicle. There were no surprises. The vehicle was exactly as Richard described, it had been detailed and Richard was as pleasant and courteous in person as he had been on the phone. Because of my schedule I had to return on Friday to complete the purchase. Richard had the car ready for me and Quanda in the finance dept walked me through the purchase with much courtesy and efficiency. I would not have changed a thing about the way I was treated by Richard Lamberth or Quanda. I am very happy with the purchase and especially the ease with which it was completed. I also appreciate the gentlemanly behavior that each salesman displayed as I spoke to several while walking through the showroom. I am 67 years old and this was the easiest and most pleasant purchase I have ever made of a vehicle. More

Although I did not have an appointment, I was met at the door by Greg Schmidt who was so friendly and made me very comfortable in his office. Greg put no pressure on me at all, but did work with me to decide what car that I might want in showing me both used and new cars. Fortunately, I received my insurance settlement quickly, and I called Greg immediately to let him know that I would now purchase a new car that I liked very much. I cannot say enough good words about the experience of ,actually being at the dealership to purchase and receive my new car. Mike Mayo was extremely helpful and I appreciated meeting William Berryman as well as the kindness of Nikki as we did the paper work. At all times, Greg was readily available and spent so much time both in his office and sitting in the vehicle while he explained the features of the car to me.
