Mistakes happen and the issue was corrected right away! I have been a customer for 8 years (purchased two vehicles and maintenance at the service department) and will continue to be. Customer service is present at all levels and job titles. Shout out Honda Corporate and the Hendricks Team, Nikki and Jimmy are awesome!
