I immediately raised a concern, the sales rep advised “no worries the finance manager will add it in the back office.” After signing 10 papers, I get to the back and the finance manager says “oh the bank won’t add the gap insurance and toy will have to buy it for $625”. Um.. why are you telling me this way down in the process. In addition they did not fix the dent on my hood. Terrible service. Stay away! More
