Absolutely the best car buying experience we’ve had! . After going to at-least 5 different dealerships and being treated like the dealership could care less wether they had our business or not at eve . It seems as though in this market stock is so low and demand is so high that dealerships have decided that buyers need to feel “lucky “ to be able to get a vehicle from them . But we finally ended up at DW at 7:30pm on a Thursday night exhausted, frustrated and ready to give up on finding anyone who actually cared. We were so impressed/grateful how friendly and patient everyone was. Especially our salesman Rowman C. Nicest guy in the world. Explained everything thoroughly and with a smile on his face even though we were there way past closing time. Even the sales manager seemed happy to see us. They also were the ONLY dealership we went to that did NOT have a markup on their vehicles from MSRP. We got the same vehicle from them for $7,000 LESS than the dealership we had just left from. They also gave us a fair value on our trade. Everything went smooth and made us feel so welcomed all the way through the process even the finance guy was a pleasure to work with ! After our purchase Roman took over an hour out of his day to make sure I knew all the ends and outs of my car and even showed me around the maintenance dept. We will definitely get all our vehicles from DW from now on. Thanks for being kind in this not so kind market guys !! And Darrell Waltrip, I hope you know what a gem you have in Roman C and his crew !! Definitely not many guys like them left in the industry these days. I was told by Roman Chorky that the 2020 Canyon I was purchasing had a new set of tires on it. After further inspection later I found that to be untrue. Dwight was great to work with. I told him when I test drove my new GMC Sierra Elevation that I "hated buying new cars, I don't want to spend the next 5-hours in here".
