They were polite and they got the financing done however they never said anything about the added cost of the powertrain warranty and just slipped that in there kind of deceptive. We have had an overall good experience at Darrell Waltrip. We purchased a 2023 Yukon Denali XL in December and have had problems with all the technology (Google Asst., CarPlay, etc). We took it to be Waltrip. We purchased a 2023 Yukon Denali XL in December and have had problems with all the technology (Google Asst., CarPlay, etc). We took it to be fixed and they did a system update and told us they ordered a new OnStar Module to repair the WiFi issue but it is on back order with no ETA. The reason for only a 4 star review is that there is no one there who is trained enough to teach us how to correctly use all the technology the vehicle has to offer. This is frustrating that we spent SO much money on a car that has all these features to only be left frustrated trying to figure it all out on our own. I really feel that they are missing it by not have someone trained in this area as it would be a really great customer service. More
