Initially, the communication during the buying process was smooth, and everything seemed promising. However, once the purchase was completed, it became incredibly difficult to get hold of anyone, and resp was smooth, and everything seemed promising. It feels like once you walk out the door with your car, the dealership loses all interest in providing customer service or support.
