Initially, the communication during the buying process was smooth, and everything seemed promising. However, once the purchase was completed, it became incredibly difficult to get hold of anyone, and resp was smooth, and everything seemed promising. However, once the purchase was completed, it became incredibly difficult to get hold of anyone, and responses were slow or nonexistent. It feels like once you walk out the door with your car, the dealership loses all interest in providing customer service or support. I expected a more attentive experience, especially after making a significant purchase. Overall, I’m a bit disappointed by the lack of follow-through after the sale. More
