By chance I saw (and fell in love with) a car on the Kia lot. I met and talked with Jon Lackee, who was always relaxed and informative. Once I decided to buy the car, he helped me with my trade (a prior lease) and the ordering process. It was a seamless experience and I was thrilled when my car arrived. I actually enjoyed my time in the dealership doing the necessary paperwork, etc. the staff at Van Syckle are great.
