never again!! I bought a 2011 Kia Sorento EX at the end of 1/2015 from Van Syckle Kia in Bangor. Within 20 minutes of leaving the lot I noticed the front struts nee I bought a 2011 Kia Sorento EX at the end of 1/2015 from Van Syckle Kia in Bangor. Within 20 minutes of leaving the lot I noticed the front struts needed to be replaced, which they did for free that same week. Fast forward to today 5/26/15... the oil pressure switch is faulty, which spewed the $75 synthetic oil change I just had done 1000 miles ago all over the ground, there needs to be some other suspension work done, this is the 4th major component to fail in the last 4 months and all I was told is that the powertrain warranty they talked me into rolling into my loan does not cover this $350 repair! They told me the warranty would have my back if anything went wrong so I spent the extra $1000 on it. I’ve only made 4 payments on this vehicle and they are unwilling to help me?!! They offered me a 15% discount on the repair. I will never do business with these people again. Not ever. They sold me the vehicle and warranty under false pretenses that I would not have to worry about car repairs for quite some time and that they would be covered by the warranty only to turn around and weasel their way out of it in the end. Ive notified my financier. I've filed a complaint with the BBB and am currently looking for an attorney to get me out from under this lemon of a vehicle. More
Went to get my car inspected. When I arrived, the woman behind the desk was chatting with a woman as I waited in line for 10 minutes to be waited on. When I finally was waited on, I waited over an hour jus behind the desk was chatting with a woman as I waited in line for 10 minutes to be waited on. When I finally was waited on, I waited over an hour just to have the car inspected. My car needed new tires. I told them I wanted to go to an auto body store to shop around for tires with a better warranty and they still tried to pressure me into buying the tires they had. I refused and then asked if I could make another appointing for the following day to have my car inspected again and they refused to look to see if they had any openings and just told me they didn't. Horrible customer service and I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE! More
