Aaron was fantastic answering all my questions and working hard to get me the best deal. He even personally drove the truck nearly 2 hours to meet me for a test drive and to show off all the features. Very knowledgeable and confident. Nick was also great in coordinating the financing. He found some great options for me better than what I found myself - thanks Nick! Most impressive part of this all was that it was all done via email/phone and I never actually set foot at the dealership so thanks to everyone who made this possible (including the 2 nice gentleman who brought the truck to me). More

Chevrolet Truck Evaluation Darlings Chevrolet provided both a 2018 and a 2019 Silverado High Country model (full featured) for my test drives and side by side comparisons. Thoug Darlings Chevrolet provided both a 2018 and a 2019 Silverado High Country model (full featured) for my test drives and side by side comparisons. Though standard procedure, I especially appreciated Darling's efforts in vehicle locating, for my comparison, which was challenging because of the availability of the 2019s in late December, along with the required truck being located in New York. At the dealership, Jason Hardison, Sandy Salisbury and Andy King were great to work with providing their proactive experienced guidance throughout my purchase process, all occurring during a very busy holiday timeframe. With Jason leading the charge and Sandy handling my paperwork navigation, my experience with Darlings was very professional, knowledgeable, accommodating and comforting, resulting in my strong confidence in purchasing my new 2019 Silverado High Country. Also, I want to mention how pleased I am with the skillful installation of my RollNLock Cover by Lewis Romer. Even from the ones that I have worked for in the past. From working with the sales team to finding the right automobile to signing our auto financing papers and last but not least to the service department team. I want to extend my appreciation for all that I have encountered with each of my visits. You have answered all our questions and are even willing to go the “extra miles” to do so. I will certainly be bragging all about you. It is nice to find a place where I enjoy a trusted experience of purchasing a vehicle that meets our needs. I would like to give thanks to: Jason Hardison for being our first Sales Representative at Darlings, A very kind, patient, and pleasant person to work with. He is always willing to do what is needed to help his customers. He helped us find, locate, and test drive a ‘turn key” dependable vehicle for a cash sale. Brad Hurd for assisting us on our 2nd round at Darlings while Jason was out. Brad located the GMC we now own. He is another very kind and patient Sales Representative to work with. Andy King for being patient with me and answering all my questions. Most people won’t just walk up to the sales managers desk and start asking questions, but I did. Andy had no problem with answering my questions and listening. I felt like I had a team of people supporting all our needs. What a wonderful experience! Sandy Salsbury for finding us the best deal we could get and being patient with us. She answered all our questions and even gave us each a Darlings cap. My husband wanted a camouflaged cap but they didn’t have any. While waiting on some service work to be done, we ran into Sandy. Of course, my husband asked her if they had gotten any camouflaged caps in. Sandy went to find out and came back with his camo cap and a pink camo cap for me. Mike Ellis for going the extra mile to help us find out what was going on with our newly purchased GMC and to get it fixed. Mike asked if we could leave it with him for a few days to drive it home and back to make sure the problem was fixed. I called Mike to ask him about some information on our warranty coverage because the paperwork was still in the truck. Mike offered to locate my paperwork in the GMC and emailed a copy to me. Best of all, Mike went to bat for us to get a 50/50 deal on our bill for this particular problem in a unique situation. The Technicians that did the work on our GMC. Thank you for having the patients to locate and fix the problem. Thank you all again, I will be returning for my future vehicle purchases for sure. More
