I really liked the new Silverado but thought it was out of the budget but thought I would just all and ask. I was Greeted by Nikki and I told her that I was just asking because I knew it must really expensive to trade my truck for a new one, Right? Nikki went right to work for me and listened to my needs and understood at I had a tight budget and took all this to Darren Taylor who came in and greeted me and I immediately remembered him from my previous purchase , he was the Business Manager then, very knowledgeable in Chevrolet and very helpful in the purchase process, I enjoyed working with him and Nikki very Much. Matt McFarland was a pleasure to do all the paperwork with he made sure to explain all financial paperwork and also made sure to offer the extra protection products that they had. Both the towing service and the dealership kept in touch with me and were very helpful and courteous. Our salesman also checked back to see if he could help further. With free towing and a 100,000 mile/5 year warranty and sales and service departments like this, I would recommend everyone to buy a Chevy. I'll be back for sure! Thanks to all who had a part! More
