She found me a new policy that cut my cost in almost half! Needless to say when my homeowners came up I called Tiffany. Sure enough, she saved me about $300.00! One night driving home I was in a small accident with a driver who thought he needed my lane more than i did. During the whole process Tiffany kept me updated via phone & email to what was going on with my claim. I could not have asked for better service! More

Aaron Stevens was great! Because I have some credit issues, I wasn't expecting too much when I arrived at Darlings. But several friends had suggested I give them a try. I made an appointment and Aaron was the salesman I was to meet up with. He got a good idea of what I was looking for and the problems that we faced with financing and was sure he could help. He showed me a couple of options and I decided on one. Sandy in the finance office went to work making magic happen. It took them a little bit of time and some maneuvering, but I have a great car that I am very satisfied with. I noticed a gas leak but they fixed it quickly and without charge. Service department is awesome, too. I have to add that I have never been impressed with either salesmen or car dealerships, but I will return and have already recommended them. More

Transmission Replacement on my 2015 6.2 L truck at 13K Miles Tom Wheeler, Angel, Nick Smith, Bo Jordan, Ed Huntley, and their transmission specialist were all very helpful and treated me well with the up most re Tom Wheeler, Angel, Nick Smith, Bo Jordan, Ed Huntley, and their transmission specialist were all very helpful and treated me well with the up most respect while getting my transmission replaced. They worked hard to make sure I was happy considering the circumstances and it turned out Chevrolet wanted to replace my entire 8 speed transmission with a brand new OEM transmission at no cost. (Since it was the first 8 speed design in the V8 6.2L 1/2 Truck Chevrolet took the transmission back to investigate why it had issues) It was a welcoming visit and I never felt that I was asking for too much. I also feel that Tom Wheeler was very accommodating, understanding, and did everything in his power for a satisfying experience. (Tom went as far as having my truck buffed and waxed at no cost and discounted some accessories that I was interested in) Even though I live in the Bangor area, I decided to travel to Ellsworth to have the work done rather than at Quirk and I'm glad I did. Everyone was great to work with. I will definitely return for my services and repairs going forward. {****The only reason "Quality of Work" got 4 Stars is because the buff and wax job could have been better. Other than that...
