I can't begin to express how amazing my experienc I have given this excellent review because this is the second time I buy a vehicle from Nick Smith. I can't begin to express how amazing my experience has been with Nick. One call and in minutes he catered to my needs with what I was in the market for. Nick, Dareen, and Matt moved ( what feels like to me ) mountains to get me in a truck, with perfect payments, to not exceed my current career lifestyle. I have been blown away with the detailed attention they had with me. And not just me with other customers there at the time or listening to how Nick is helpful with customers on the phone. I told Nick in three years I'll be back again buying my dream truck from him. I also love how Darlings is such a huge supporter of local non-profit organizations and how much they are invested in our community. Best dealership I have ever dealt with. I approached the service writers desk and told him my name, he couldn't find my appointment on his computer...uh oh I thought. Turned out I had made that appt. with this service writer himself ( he remembered the call) and he had Inadvertently booked it for the day before....I was planning on waiting for the truck, and the waiting room was packed, they were very busy. Well they took care of it quickly and as if it was no problem at all, nice job! More

Darlings to the rescue!! We live on MDI most of the year, we were headed south to upstate NY for the holidays. Our 09 GMC broke down, they towed us in.
