This starts with the receptionist as you walk in to the sales people to the mechanics to the finance mgr and the gen manager. Super freindly place Great people to work with!!!!!! We went to just look at used trucks and when we told Mike Hill what we wanted he said he had the perfect truck for us. Man was he wright next thing I We went to just look at used trucks and when we told Mike Hill what we wanted he said he had the perfect truck for us. Man was he wright next thing I know is we were driving home in that truck. Andy King in finance was great also we were preapproved but he got us an even better deal. We went to other dealerships the same day but the salesmen acted like they did not want to sell us a truck. One said he would call us in about an hour that was 6 days ago. I would Highly recommend Darlings to anybody looking for a new or used truck. They treated us like they had known us forever! More

When we were told the actual issues (that we were totally not prepared for), the service team broke it to us in the very best way they could. They totally did not pressure us to make any rash decisions as the issues were very expensive. Our service guy (I think his name was Mike) gathered up estimates and put us with a dealer to talk about a trade as well, seeing how there were still things that we were unsure of with our old vehicle. He even told us to leave our truck there for a few days to go home and sleep on it to make the right decision for us. After we got our estimates, we talked to Mike Hill. He was absolutely wonderful...he was very sympathetic with our situation and researched what vehicle would fit us best. We tried out 2 trucks. Not even thinking that the second one we drove would be the one we would like the best. He made this whole what could have been terrible experience much more bearable. Everyone we dealt with really did. We were in kind of a shock the whole time. Never really planned on leaving the way we did. But, that's the way it happened and I am super happy that we were there when all of these people were there too. It really could have been a horrible day. I will highly recommend these guys to everyone looking for a new vehicle! More
