Awesome customer service So there I was, sitting in the Walmart parking lot, Jeep running and my keys locked inside. Buying a car with all manual locks / windows was a poor ch So there I was, sitting in the Walmart parking lot, Jeep running and my keys locked inside. Buying a car with all manual locks / windows was a poor choice. Darlings Auto Mall is about 1/2 mile up the road so I called and spoke with Mike Alteri. I told him about my predicament and told him I needed a key made up if he was able. At this point I was expecting an hour + wait and to sell a kidney to pay for it. I gave Mike the VIN# and 18 minutes later he arrived with a freshly cut key. Then he told me it was on the house, the least he could do for a fellow veteran. That's not just stellar customer service, that's down home treatment from a great establishment! More
