I live in the Bangor area so bringing my vehicle to the Bangor garage was the most convenient for me with my work schedule. It was finally decided that my Acadia, being a GMC, should go out to the Ellsworth Auto Mall. I was beyond frustrated and then I came in contact with Andy! He did an amazing job at fully explaining everything, setting up my appointments and even scheduling transport of my vehicle so that I didn't have to miss work. I am more then pleased with the fast response time that he has given me along with all of the follow thru that he promised. Best service experience to date. Thank you! More

Vehicle Maintenance at Darlings Auto Mall in Ellsworth ME For quite some time I have used Darlings Auto Mall in Ellsworth ME to have both of my vehicles, 2008 FORD Focus and 2005 Mercury Sable, service which For quite some time I have used Darlings Auto Mall in Ellsworth ME to have both of my vehicles, 2008 FORD Focus and 2005 Mercury Sable, service which includes both scheduled and unscheduled service. I find that both Andy Buzzell and Mike Ellis, Service Writers, have been very helpful with both the scheduling and correcting any problems which were discovered during service. I could drive 30 miles to Darlings FORD in Bangor ME for the same type of service, but I find that my treatment by both Andy and Mike is outstanding. When discussing either service request or problems they both talk to me unlike Darlings FORD whom I feel talk down to me and who also appear to have an attitude problems regarding customers. Considering that Darlings Auto Mall is a Buick/GMC Dealership I have found their maintenance on my FORD Products to be outstanding. I would recommend Darlings Auto Mall in Ellsworth ME over other dealers in the Bangor/Ellsworth Area based on service and the way they treat their customers. More

Whenever I've had to have service done on my Pontiac, they have I have had service from Darlings, on and off again, for a half-dozen or so years now. Whenever I've had to have service done on my Pontiac, they have been very flexible and either picked me up, dropped me off, or simply gathered the car from my work. I have had to worry very little about how to arrange the service around my work schedule, and have never had to miss work to get my car fixed. For someone like me that is very important. Two thumbs up in my book for a very convenient and empathetic customer service team. More

Great Experience!! I had never bought a car on my own before. I appreciate all the kindness and respect I received while shopping for my new vehicle. My recent service experiences at Darlings have been very good including arriving a couple times and having the final service price be less than what was quoted. I'm new to the Jeep family, love the vehicle and hope things go well during my time of ownership. More
