The was 4th vehicle I've bought from Darling's. I like Darling's Auto Mall for it's location close to my home .I have bought vehicles in Bangor/Brewer before. Then you fall into the trap of having to travel 100+ miles for service. This is the third vehicle I've had Scott Parady as a salesman. I felt the deal on the Sierra he gave was as good as I could get without having to travel. Scott even stayed late to close the deal. I picked up the truck the next day. Scott made sure the truck was prepped and ready to go. He spent as much as I needed to go over the features of the truck. I never felt rushed. Darling's also made it easy to rustproof my truck. The rental department had a loaner all set to go. PS. Sorry for not doing this review earlier, I completely spaced it off ! More

They drove the car up to Ellsworth for me to test and I bought it. Whenever the car needed Dealer Warrantee work done in Augusta, I drop it off in Ellsworth, hope in the Courtesy Van to hitch a ride to work, then pick it up in Ellsworth at the end of the day, after their crew drives it back from Augusta. Now THAT's service! More

I hear a lot of complaints from friends about a lot of places, but at Darling's in Ellsworth, my experiences are always very good, especially with respect to my priorities as described above. Since using Darling's/Ellsworth, I have not repeated any of the negative experiences I have had in years past. Darling's helps me keep my Jeep Grand Cherokee is great condition. Kudos. More

Due to past experience with Darling's Auto Mall I schedule most of my maintenance, either scheduled or unscheduled, with them. They have always been not polite, but very prompt when ever I have contacted them requiring service. If for some reason they haven't been able to perform the service, such as a unique tool was required, I have been informed along with suggestions regarding who is capable of performing the required maintenance. Also have discovered the Service Writer has also informed me if I have over looked a Factory Maintenance which should be performed that I had over looked. I would highly recommend Darling's Auto Mall Service in Ellsworth Maine for either scheduled or unscheduled maintenance on one's personnel vehicle. More
