A great experience, Thank you Darlings Team I was unsure about buying from a dealership. It was my first time, and I didn't know what I was getting myself into. Everyone at Darlings was super helpful, friendly, and professional. I first met with Brad Hurd, who helped me narrow down what vehicle I could afford. His honesty and knowledge helped me narrow my focus, so I was closer to finding the right car for me. Later, after using the Darlings website and finding a vehicle (2015 Dodge Journey) that I liked the looks of, I scheduled a test drive. Darlings responded by phone and email very quickly. I was in the dealership within a few days, where I met with Gary. Besides being pleasant and more than competent, his devotion to helping me get what I needed is what stands out in my mind. Four hours of answering my questions, showing me the vehicle, sorting out my finance options, and making sure I was properly insured. Andy King was super helpful, informative, and helped me understand what I was doing. His flexibility got me into the vehicle I wanted without any headaches. I feel so lucky, and as corny as it sounds, I didn't know shopping for a car could actually be so darn enjoyable. Thanks Darlings, the car was beautifully detailed, and is driving great. PS. I was clueless walking around just trying to find the cheapest vehicle on the lot. Mike approached my girlfriend and I and began showing us lots of vehicles we may be interested in. It didn't take long before Mike really took us under his wing and treated us as if we were his own- my girlfriend and I being just 18 this was incredibly helpful. He explained everything in a way we could comprehend and made sure that he not only got us into a vehicle that could fit into our tight budget, but he got us an incredibly safe vehicle (something that hadn't really been something we were focusing on in a vehicle). Later when my mother came to look at the vehicle before I signed the final paperwork, he made sure he explained the safety features of the vehicle, as well as the vehicle as a whole, to ensure that she was just as comfortable with the vehicle as I was. A few days later he even called to check up on us and the car to make sure that everything was going smoothly. Mike really made this visit worth it, and I am sure that without him, I would not have left with a vehicle that I truly loved. More

Granted I did do some add ons but was told it was only $8 to $10 more on my payments. But I love my Jeep. Great team work. More
