2009 Jeep Wrangler X We brought our Jeep in with instrument panel lights all lit up. The issues were related to items covered under the Power Train Warranty, however when We brought our Jeep in with instrument panel lights all lit up. The issues were related to items covered under the Power Train Warranty, however when we purchased our Jeep, it was with a Lifetime Power Train Warranty. For whatever reason, Chrysler had cancelled the warranty stating that we did not have an inspection done at some interval. We were able to come up with documents showing that we had service done during the required time period but somehow an inspection was never completed. Jeff Hall was able to work with Darlings and Chrysler to reinstate our Lifetime Warranty and have the necessary repairs completed. Although this took time, we appreciate Jeff's efforts to correct the situation. More

When nothing on their lot or in their other locations fit my needs, they bought a new 2015 Dodge Durango from another dealer for me to test drive - no purchase required. My wife and I test drove it, loved it, and bought it. We then bought a low-mileage 2012 Ford Escape from them via their Bangor dealership. Service for both cars after the sale has been great and mainly routine, as both cars have been reliable. Once, when I left my car overnight for servicing, I was given a free loaner to drive home. I highly recommend Darling's in Ellsworth for their very professional sales and service. More

Great Customer Service After a deer strike, 400 miles from home, we took the car to Darlings without an appointment. I parked in the lot, but was told to bring it in righ After a deer strike, 400 miles from home, we took the car to Darlings without an appointment. I parked in the lot, but was told to bring it in right away. They checked out the car, made it drivable, AND washed it. We were in and out in about 90 minutes. It was good to know that the car was okay. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. I would definitely go back. Hopefully for an oil change next time... More
