Our business was wanted and valued. My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle. A small SUV which would be safe and spacious for our 7 month old daughter. We had a budget we were very adamant about sticking to as we just built a brand new home, have a new baby, and staying home with her as much as possible is very important to me right now and I work less than part time. We visited Darling’s about a month before and Mike Hill showed us different Jeep models and I really fell in love with Jeep, and a specific color. The prices were still a little too high for us, so we decided to take our time and shop around and compare. We were within days of going with another dealer on a similar Jeep. It didn’t have as many options as I would have liked, but the price was right. Mike reached out to me to see if we had had any luck yet finding a vehicle and I explained our disposition to him. He asked for one more opportunity to see what he could do for us because he really wanted our business, to put us in a car better suited for us, and to keep our servicing closer to home. I gave him this chance and he more than proved himself. He gave me any and all information I needed, sent me pictures, and was really just wonderful. He was able to do as he said and get us in a vehicle we love for a price we can afford, and yesterday we bought that Jeep. It is so nice to know our purchase is valued. The whole experience was great. Mike had everything ready to make it a quick one for us as he knew we have the baby. The finance department was also wonderful, as was Darren when we met him when shopping. I really think after 9 years of owning the same car, this decision was not made lightly, but it was the right one for us, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice, and the people at Darling’s who helped make it happen.
