I had been to a different dealer and had had a less-than-stellar experience and so I was feeling nervous about my appointment at Darling's, wondering if it would go the same way. Luckily, it could not have been more different than my disheartening experience at a dealer-who-must-not-be-named. All I can say is that I would have been immensely more stressed had it not been for Gary Seavey, who helped me through the entire process. My opinions were respected, my questions answered, and my mind put at ease. Never once did I feel that I was being treated condescendingly simply because I had not been through the purchasing process before. The collaboration between all of the staff to help ensure everything was explained and completed to help get me on my way with a new vehicle was amazing. This is a place where I'd highly encourage anyone of any age or with any level of car experience to go. I didn't think I'd ever rave about a car dealership.. but here I am! More
