Darlings staff always greet me with a smile and they work hard to provide professional service with a home town feel. When my Acadia limited began to present some mechanical issues, I now know was a sensor “issue, Jason went above and beyond to explain what was happening and what needed to be done to repair it.! It took sometime to retrieve a particular part, but Jason kept me updated. I have always had a positive experience at Darlings and will continue to buy vehicles in the future and will recommend them to anyone and everyone. More

Electrical problem We are from Ohio and while vacationing in Maine our Buick Enclave lost electrical power to the dashboard losing all visual capabilities plus rear gate We are from Ohio and while vacationing in Maine our Buick Enclave lost electrical power to the dashboard losing all visual capabilities plus rear gate power and access. We had lots of luggage and camping gear to get to. We stopped in and met with Jason and explained our problem. Even though Jason and his team were pretty booked, Jason was willing to work us in sometime that afternoon. We rented a car and left the Buick with Jason. This was apparently not an easy find or fix. At one point everyone thought the problem was fixed but when it was determined there were continuing problems the dealership stood behind their work and continued to explore all avenues even working with the home office to get our problem fixed. We certainly appreciate Jason fitting us in since we were from out of town and in a bind. Thanks again to Jason and his team for bailing us out of a sticky situation.
