Overall deal was OK. Fair price for the purchased used car. A little low on trade in value, but satisfactory. While filing away paperwork after the sale, discovered that car had been in an accident. That was never disclosed to me, and I discovered it on my own. This was noted on the window sticker, which was never in the car. Salesman stated he never saw it on the Carfax report. That's possible, as accident happened in their lot when another customer backed into the car. Damage report and repair invoice provided by salesman indicated damage was primarily superficial to the rear end. I'll take some blame for not asking. Nevertheless, salesman should have known the history of the vehicle. Additionally, car was noted to have navigation system, but SD card was not installed. When I discovered this when I got the car home, asked that this be taken care of. Salesman asked if I would share the cost of the SD card. I refused as this should have been taken care of as part of preparing the car for sale; that never should have been asked of me. Was told SD card will be sent to me with instructions on installing. While I may do business with Darling's in the future, it will not be with this particular location. More

Well.. I wasn’t very happy that I asked for a courtesy wash and never received it. Ok, you were busy. But what really was troublesome, was the fact that I got in my Jeep and the “replace oil light” was st wash and never received it. Ok, you were busy. But what really was troublesome, was the fact that I got in my Jeep and the “replace oil light” was still on. I had brought my Jeep in to have the tires rotated, an oil change and asked for a courtesy wash because well I’ve spent enough money at Darlings.. the least they could do was wash it. I even tipped the technician. I understand people get busy, but really? May sound like small stuff to some.. but honestly when you buy a vehicle from somewhere and ALWAYS have it serviced at that same dealership.. respect and courtesy go along way.. especially if I’m to buy another vehicle from the same dealership.
