We were able to get goodwill help from the manufacturer to avoid charges to you, but it did take 9 days and we understand waiting is frustrating. We were able to repair your vehicle at no cost to you outside of warranty, but unfortunately the manufacturer does take a few days to process and approve the request, which is outside of our control.
